- Incrementar de RD$30 mil millones a RD$50 mil millones el monto de las facilidades de liquidez a las entidades de intermediación financiera, mediante Repos hasta 90 días y tasa de interés de hasta 5% anual, utilizando como garantía valores emitidos por el Banco Central y por el Ministerio de Hacienda. Estas facilidades podrán ser renovadas a vencimiento.
Con estos RD$20 mil millones adicionales se busca garantizar que todas las entidades de intermediación financiera cuenten con los recursos suficientes para un adecuado manejo de sus tesorerías y contribuir a la canalización de recursos hacia los sectores productivos.

- Reducir en 0.5% el coeficiente de encaje legal en moneda nacional a los bancos de ahorro y crédito y a las corporaciones de crédito, lo que representa una liberación de recursos del encaje legal para estas entidades por un monto total de hasta RD$136.4 millones, por lo que su coeficiente de encaje legal requerido se iguala al de las asociaciones de ahorro y préstamos.
